Challenge
A carefully framed question is posed — about a decision, a relationship, a strategy or a way of working.
AVA EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Think to Build. Build to Lead.
A facilitated LEGO® Serious Play® experience where teams build their thinking, explain it out loud, and reach the kind of shared understanding a normal meeting rarely produces.

In most rooms, the same few people talk, the loudest framing wins, and everyone leaves assuming they agreed. The thinking never actually became visible.
LEGO AdVentures changes what is on the table. When people build first and speak second, the conversation stops being a debate about words and becomes an examination of what each person actually sees.
Build first. Talk second. Decide better.
THE METHODOLOGY
LEGO® Serious Play® is an established facilitation methodology that uses building as a thinking tool. Participants respond to a framed challenge by building a model, then use that model to explain their reasoning. It is a structured process for making thinking visible — not a game and not a craft activity.
THE AVA OFFERING
LEGO AdVentures is how AdVentures Academy applies that methodology to Pakistani organizations: a facilitated engagement designed around your actual challenge, run by our facilitators, and converted into decisions your team can act on. The methodology is the tool. The business outcome is the point.
THE CORE PROCESS
Every session moves through the same four stages, repeated at increasing depth.
01
A carefully framed question is posed — about a decision, a relationship, a strategy or a way of working.
02
Everyone builds their own answer. Thinking slows down and becomes concrete instead of rehearsed.
03
Each person tells the story of their model. The model speaks, so the room listens differently.
04
The group draws out patterns, tensions and agreements, then converts them into what happens next.
WHY IT WORKS
Quieter people are not talked over. Every participant builds, so every participant has something to say.
Abstract concepts take physical form, making them easier to examine, compare and challenge.
Differences that stay hidden in a meeting become obvious when they are sitting on the table.
People describe their model rather than defend their position, which lowers the temperature.
Teams stop assuming they mean the same thing and start seeing what each other actually means.
Reflection is structured so the session ends with commitments, not just a good feeling.
DEPTH OF WORK
Sessions are designed at the level the challenge requires — and can move upward as the group is ready.
Level 01
Each participant builds and explains their own model.
Level 02
Individual models are combined into one shared model the group has to negotiate.
Level 03
The shared model is connected, stressed and tested to explore how the system behaves.
APPLICATION AREAS
The challenge determines the design. The same method serves very different business questions.

One method. Different business challenges — across banking, energy, FMCG, development sector, technology and public sector organizations.
The bricks are the easy part. The value comes from framing the right challenge, holding the room, and converting what surfaces into something the organization can use. That is facilitation work, and it is where AVA spends its attention.
We start with the challenge behind the request, not the activity.
The builds, levels and questions are designed for that challenge.
Insight is captured and translated into decisions and next steps.
ENGAGEMENT FLOW
We understand the challenge behind the request.
The question the session must answer is defined with you.
Builds, levels and duration are designed around that question.
The session is run with structured facilitation, not free play.
Insights, tensions and decisions are documented.
You receive the outputs and agreed next steps.
